In a bowl, mix olive oil, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Add paneer cubes and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook until golden on all sides, about 8–10 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomato, and cucumber.

Add the grilled paneer on top.

Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and a pinch of chaat masala.

Serve immediately.
